Zoe Robson: IG Financial Controller

Zoe's career started with Ernst & Young as a trainee auditor. She spent 8 years training to become a qualified accountant whilst working as an auditor with a client base of owner managed businesses.

Zoe then left Ernst & Young to join one of their clients, Hays Travel, in April 1999. Zoe has enjoyed a number of roles within the company and has been involved with the Independence Group finance function for a number of years but now solely concentrates on this side of the business.

Zoe's position of IG Financial Contoller is very important to you, as she provides support and gives advice on any financial matters that you may have, as well as managing the team who are responsible for paying your monthly commissions and assist you in resolving file exception queries.
