Carole Hodgson: Operations Manager

Carole joined Hays Travel from school in 1988. Her career started in retail travel, working in various Hays branches before being appointed to the position of Marketing Manager. Carole and her team were responsible for all Hays Travel marketing activity at the time.

In 1995 the Independence Group was launched and Carole headed up the team, marketing the group and opening our very first member. She remained within the sales team until February 2007 when she took up the position of Operations Manager. In this role Carole is dealing with the members on a day to day basis and managing the administration team.
