Sunshine.co.uk were nominated for the TravelMole Best Travel Agency Website award this year; other nominees being Directline Travel, Co-operative Travel and I Escape. Sunshine pipped them all to the post and scooped the award at the ceremony, in London, on the 17th June.

Co-founder of Sunshine.co.uk, Chris Brown, told us: “It’s a fantastic feeling to win any kind of award, but we are especially delighted to have been recognised for our efforts by TravelMole, which we view as a highly respected travel and tourism site. To be up against some very well established travel agents and be able to walk away with the award is a fantastic feeling.

We are constantly working hard to maintain a good service for our customers and have a lot of exciting things going on right now, including the development of our location-specific sister sites such as www.majorca.co.uk and others. We’re having a great year so far and have a very busy period ahead of us, but as always we’re looking forward to what the rest of 2010 has to offer.”
