I-sell CRM
There is nothing better than receiving the personal touch when you are the customer, so why not give your customers that feeling when they come back to you? The I-sell CRM system allows you to do this. You can see the entire history of your customers, from their first enquiry or booking made, to searches and quotes you have given them.
Not only can you store booking and enquiry information, but you can also record notes and diary when you may need to call customers. You can manage access to the data, store contact information and your customers’ preferred method of communication, which is great for marketing campaigns. You can also review staff performance using the conversion reports from the I-sell CRM.
