Our Commercial department negotiate to secure the best and most competitive commercial terms with all our suppliers. We enjoy preferred agent status with Package Tour Operators, Cruise Lines, Flight Only Operators, Accommodation Only Suppliers and ancillary product suppliers.

There are also fantastic extra earning opportunities. Staff incentives, special promotional activity plus tactical offers are communicated immediately and effectively via the Independence Group Intranet.

As an independent organisation we trade with industry bonded Tour Operators large and small, across the whole spectrum, including car hire companies, accommodation suppliers and ancillary product providers.

Good quality travel insurance with low nett rates

We have an important combination of excellent quality travel insurance at very low nett rates. Our travel insurance is provided by leading suppliers. Issuing of policies is automated, so couldn't be easier.

Centralised automated administration

Our Tour Operator Payment Team will pay and reconcile all payments to Tour Operators and insurance providers including VAT and IPT on your behalf.
