Holiday Click was set up in May 2003, joining the Independence Group seven months later to allow us more flexibility and control in the running of the business. The reasons for joining the Independence Group included their fantastic back office systems. With administration becoming more centralised, this gave us more freedom to concentrate on other aspects of our Call Centre business. The top commercial deals secured by the Independence Group also enable us to compete with the bigger groups, which is essential in this competitive industry. We have also found that through Hays Travel we have been introduced to some strong and progressive technology companies that are extremely cost effective, and who are capable of simplifying answers to technical questions for us.
